Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the gained 0.56%.
The best performers of the session on the were Nice Ltd (TA:), which rose 3.59% or 1120 points to trade at 32300 at the close. Meanwhile, Perrigo (TA:) added 3.39% or 1040 points to end at 31750 and Gazit Globe Ltd (TA:) was up 2.57% or 86 points to 3437 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were OPKO Health Inc (TA:), which fell 2.53% or 35 points to trade at 1350 at the close. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TA:) declined 1.67% or 124 points to end at 7306 and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TA:) was down 1.24% or 6.5 points to 517.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 252 to 134 and 32 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $61.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.85% or 0.55 to hit $64.88 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.41% or 5.60 to trade at $1349.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.08% to 3.5430, while EUR/ILS fell 0.63% to 4.3958.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.63% at 89.03.
